This lovely glass owl with cremation ash is an amazing way to remember those whose wise council and inquiring minds made every day spent with them that much more enriching for those around them. Shown in Strawberry.

How It's Made

This beautiful owl is hand crafted with care by Scott. The process starts by gathering molten glass onto a metal rod. The desired colors are melted into the glass and then pressed into a mold that will create the beautifully symmetrical bubble pattern within. Next, the molten glass is carefully rolled through the cremains to incorporate them into the memorial. A final layer of glass is then added safely encasing the cremains and creating the bubbles. The owl is then shaped, pushing and pulling the glass to sculpt the big eyes and pointy ears. Lastly the piece is placed in an annealer to cool down slowly overnight before it finds its way to its loving
